Our Clinician will become a part of our multidisciplinary team (Psychiatrist, Nurse, Residential Counselors) that provide an array of therapeutic services to individuals in our care. Small caseloads allow us to provide the highest quality of care, and a commitment to the professional growth and clinical development of our team members.
This position reports to our Clinical Director who can provide clinical supervision, while the agency at large offers monthly clinical rounds, and training to enhance and broaden learning opportunities and professional development. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including generous paid time off, flexible scheduling, and a sign on bonus of $2,500.00
Primary Responsibilities
Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology or a related field and a license to practice independently in NJ including LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD. OR Masters level therapist licensed to practice in NJ including LSW and LAC under the on-site supervision of a NJ independently licensed therapist with a documented plan to achieve clinical licensure within 3 years
Work Schedule: Flexible work schedule, 35 hours weekly
