Behavioral Clinician (BC) is a master level professional, preferable with background in counseling with a good familiarity of conducting functional behavioral assessment FBA and developing behavioral treatment plan according to applied behavior analysis (ABA) standards.

BC works in the South Philadelphia IBHS cluster treating youth from 7 high school across South Philadelphia and 2 middle/elementary schools.
BC also serves as a consultant to Behavioral Health Technician (BHT), parents of the client, teacher and Mobile Therapist (MT).
BC works with the family and other members of the treatment team such as school staff to design and direct a behavior modification plan that will meet the needs of the youth and the family.
In behavioral clinician role, in some cases, BC works directly with youth providing therapy.
This is a full time/salary position in South Philadelphia cluster with full benefit package including health insurance with dental, short-term, long-term disability, and life insurance fully covered by the company, and 401 K after the first year of work.

Pay:
$65, $70,000.00 per year
