Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious and visually appealing dishes according to our recipes and standards. The successful candidate will work closely with the Kitchen Manager to ensure smooth kitchen operations and deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
Ensure that food preparation and presentation meet quality and safety standards
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Keep the kitchen clean and organized at all times
Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
Collaborate with kitchen team members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment
Follow proper sanitation procedures and adhere to food safety regulations
Perform other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager.
