Your Mission
- Deepen your knowledge about upcoming customer projects and Key Business Enablers segments (KBE) and act as a subject matter expert
- Support and prepare internal communication optimizations
- Identify training needs for the sales organization to promote new business models
- Organize and conduct trainings on new business models in collaboration with the sales organization and our internal team
- Provide the sales team with sales support information
- Collect customer feedback to promote a customer-oriented approach
- Coordinate the exchange of "best practices" between our subsidiaries, sales partners, and internal stakeholders
- Proactively manage and understand your customers' needs to provide accurate product, service, and solution expertise
- Travel between 35-75% of the time
Your Talents
- 4-6 years of experience in sales/marketing, ideally in a position that requires building and managing strategic key accounts
- Experience in the medical technology industry
- Completed degree in business administration, engineering, or a technical/scientific field, or alternatively a (commercial or technical) education with relevant work experience
- Knowledge of technological sales processes
