Your Mission

  • Deepen your knowledge about upcoming customer projects and Key Business Enablers segments (KBE) and act as a subject matter expert
  • Support and prepare internal communication optimizations
  • Identify training needs for the sales organization to promote new business models
  • Organize and conduct trainings on new business models in collaboration with the sales organization and our internal team
  • Provide the sales team with sales support information
  • Collect customer feedback to promote a customer-oriented approach
  • Coordinate the exchange of "best practices" between our subsidiaries, sales partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Proactively manage and understand your customers' needs to provide accurate product, service, and solution expertise
  • Travel between 35-75% of the time

Your Talents

  • 4-6 years of experience in sales/marketing, ideally in a position that requires building and managing strategic key accounts
  • Experience in the medical technology industry
  • Completed degree in business administration, engineering, or a technical/scientific field, or alternatively a (commercial or technical) education with relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of technological sales processes
