Quality Management & Process Optimization Manager

Responsibilities

Analyze, monitor, optimize, and document structures and routines in all business processes

Tasks

Improve processes and procedures in sales and logistics (no production processes)

Lead a team of 3 (controlling/monitoring) and report directly to management and executive board

  • Implement and develop our quality management (no standardized audits)
  • Coordinate projects to optimize business processes in all departments
  • Analyze business figures and investigate discrepancies
  • Close and constructive collaboration with all department heads
  • Prepare and conduct regular meetings with management and executive board
  • Expand/support independent plausibility checks in all departments
  • Expand/conduct training and coaching measures for employees
  • Maintain our quality management guidelines for all operational processes
  • Optimize purchasing processes for all operating resources

Requirements

  • Professional experience in a responsible leadership position
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and persuasiveness
  • Strong inclination towards analytical and logical thinking
