- Own strategy, planning, execution, and measurement of an account-based marketing B2B digital campaigns that drive new opportunities for the sales team.
- Develop and deliver innovative multi-touch targeted ABM campaigns that include digital advertising, social, email, and events to drive qualified leads.
- Design, build, test, launch, and optimize Pardot campaigns including email template setup, campaign setup, lead nurture, webinar promotion, data management, A/B testing, and measuring campaign performance with Salesforce dashboards.
- Segment prospects based on demographic and firmographic data and behaviors, including past digital engagement, intent data, and Salesforce activity.
- Increase conversion of leads by identifying the right touchpoints and predictive models that will advance a prospect to the next lead stage through lead scoring, web personalization, nurturing, and other multi-touch digital campaigns.
- Generate website, email, and sales presentation content targeted at technical and procurement stakeholders
- Develop and manage marketing plans and budgets for agency relationship
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, including content creation, email marketing, paid media, and influencer partnerships.
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for optimization and future strategy.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of B2B digital marketing and campaign management experience.
- A passion for digital marketing and the ability/willingness to engage engineers through multiple channels.
- Expertise in setting up and deploying multi-touch campaigns in Pardot.
- Expertise in segmentation, list management, deployment, and nurture best practices.
- Experience developing and executing targeted account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, both inbound and outbound.
- Strong analytical skills to understand and interpret data to drive campaigns and growth experiments.
- Excellent grasp of best practices in email marketing and design.
- Expertise in building the framework and measuring inbound demand generation campaigns, including ABM display advertising, Google AdWords, and LinkedIn paid social.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interdepartmental communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail with strong editing, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.

Position Summary:
The Manager Marketing, Universal Air Filter and Columbus Industries will have overall Marketing responsibility for both Universal Air Filter (UAF) and Columbus Industries. Both UAF and Columbus are part of the Indoor Air Quality organization of Filtration Group. This role will service the two businesses as needs require, with a target of 50%-50% time allocation in any given year. The role will report through UAF for coordination and consistency purposes. This manager must be a working leader and will be a self-motivated individual contributor with experience managing third-party resources to help build and deliver upon the Marketing strategies of both Columbus and UAF. She/he will also be accountable for ensuring the achievement of the organizations goals and objectives. The person in this role will be an entrepreneurial individual whom is a strong collaborator and can thrive in a cross-functional environment where prioritization is critical. We are a results-focused organization with critical deadlines and expectations of a bias for action.
