Do you want to take on responsibility as a leader and contribute to a culture of respectful leadership? Then support the store management in one of our REWE stores in the Greater Düsseldorf / Bochum / Essen area with all tasks and, if necessary, also in a substitute role:

You not only implement the REWE sales concept, but also actively contribute your ideas to shaping the assortment and implementing advertising and sales measures.
You manage sales, costs and inventory development as well as the implementation of quality management.
You support your team with advice and action, lead by example and create work schedules.
A culture of respectful leadership and a trusting collaboration are a matter of course for you.
You ensure that our customers feel completely comfortable with competent advice and courteous service.
You ensure excellent product presentation, freshness and cleanliness with your eye for detail.
