Responsibilities:

Coordinate with production personnel on all aspects of spraypainting requirements
Monitor and report any shortage of spraypainting supplies
Assist in all packaging operations
Learn customer requirements for packaging specifications
Maintain a safe, neat, and orderly facility at all times
Prepare surfaces for painting/coating
Clean and perform preventative maintenance on all equipment and paint booth
Use proper coating techniques to ensure proper thickness and highquality finish
Ability to perform the completion of painting parts using a handheld paint sprayer accurately and efficiently within a painting booth
Quality check coating before final shipment
Know and enforce safety rules and regulations
Coordinate with team on needs and priority, confirm paint workflow is moving in a productive direction
Keep supervisor informed of important developments, potential problems, and related information necessary for effective management
Confirm paint booth has all supplies needed
Assist other team members as necessary in order to maintain paint line flow

Qualifications:

1 year of painting experience in a warehouse environment preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong attention to detail
Professional communication and interpersonal skills

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to traverse the distribution warehouse and access a variety of storage spaces and shelving units by stretching, squatting, and reaching.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the warehouse and on the loading dock.
