    NimbusNest, Inc. is in search of a local contract nurse RN specialized in Home Health for a nursing position in Queens, New York.

    Job Description & Requirements

    • Specialty: Home Health
    • Discipline: RN
    • Duration: 52 weeks
    • Hours: 40 hours per week
    • Shift: 8 hours, days
    • Employment Type: Local Contract

    Required Experience

    • Two (2) years of experience in a home setting within the last fifteen (15) years.
    • Recent experience conducting comprehensive assessments of patients.
    • Work experience in a Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA), Licensed Home Care Service Agency (LHCSA), or managed Long Term Care (MLTC).
    • Conducting assessments similar to the UAS such as OASIS.
    • Offering primary care to homebound individuals.
    • Providing Care Management for individuals receiving home and community-based services, including Hospice and Assisted Living.
    • RN NY License Required.
