- Coordinat ing with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and payroll, to ensure smooth integration of Dayforce WFM with existing systems ;
- Provid ing guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise ;
- Conduct ing training sessions and workshops to educate clients on the functionalities and best practices of Dayforce WFM ;
- Perform ing system testing and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability of the implemented solution ;
- Stay ing up to date with the latest trends and developments in Dayforce WFM and HR technology to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients ; and,
- Collaborat ing with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the practice's growth.
- I mplementing Dayforce WFM or similar HR technology solutions ;
- M anag ing multiple projects simultaneously ;
- Displaying e xcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders ;
- Working experience in system analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis ;
- Working knowledge of database concepts , including architecture, queries, table joins, and relationships ; and,
- Demonstrating knowledge in building system integrations, including knowledge of API concepts, data mapping, and integration platforms.
