    Hampton Inn Cincinnati Airport South is looking for a top-performing PART-TIME Hotel Guest Service Agent, Front Desk Clerk, and Front Desk Agent. Hours 3:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m.

    Starting $15.00 to $16.00 an hour to start

    We're just off I-71/75, within a mile of many shopping and dining options. St. Elizabeth Florence Hospital is across the road, and the terminals at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport are a free five-mile shuttle ride away.     Some Key Areas of Responsibilities for the Hotel Front Desk Clerk, Front Desk Agent, or Guest Service Agent include:

    • Register guests and assign rooms, accommodate special requests, assist in pre-registration, and block reservations.
    • Notify Housekeeping of late check-outs, early check-ins, special request, and day rooms.
    • Thorough knowledge of room rates, packages, and discounts.
    • Thorough knowledge of rate availability, room location, types of rooms, and room operations.
    • Thorough knowledge of credit card and check cashing policies.
    • Ability to drive hotel shuttle when needed.

    Requirements for the Front Desk Agent, Front Desk Clerk, or Guest Service Agent include:

    • Valid Driver's License
    • Effective with time management skills.
    • Must maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
    • Must be a team player.
    • Applicants must be able to work weekends & holidays.
