- are responsible for the business management control of the drive scope in the T department
- work closely with project management to create a cohesive overall financial picture and support industrialization
- collaborate across locations with planning, controlling, and plant controlling
- are responsible for consolidating and preparing evaluation results, both for the FC organization and within the TA hierarchy
- are responsible for generating the mid-year forecast
- and the financial project synchronization reporting in series development
- ensure transparency in the comparison between plan and target - corresponding to the project progress and support in generating measures to close plan-target gaps, both in the project and in the period
- use project management methods as well as agile approaches
