    About the Position:

    • Offer top-notch technical support to internal and external customers in the Film core segment
    • Lead new product developments and product improvement projects
    • Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities
    • Support the commercialization of new technologies and products/processes
    • Provide troubleshooting and optimizations for customer and internal processes
    • Recommend products for customers' equipment and processes
    • Assist sales in driving profitable growth
    • Conduct technical training for internal and external stakeholders
    • Maintain industry knowledge and enhance customer relationships

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Chemical Engineering, Paper Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Packaging Science
    • Experience in film manufacturing or converting is a plus

    Salary Information:

    Technical Engineer II: $72,975 - $87,570 annually
    Technical Engineer III: $94,275 - $113,130 annually
    Technical Engineer IV: $108,900 - $130,680 annually
