    The Business

    Hamilton Mayer International is working with a leading North-American based construction business which continues to grow across a multitude of diverse market segments, generating group revenues circa $3bn.

    This organisation is currently looking to further diversify and are looking to add an experienced Project Executive specifically to bolster up their High-Rise Residential operations in the Greater Chicago area.

    The Role
    Responsible as a Project Executive, within the regional Chicago division responsible for operations specifically within High-Rise Residential
    Leading teams and multiple projects concurrently throughout the full phase of construction of project values circa $5M – 100M
    Provide full scope operations from design phase to completion across the Chicago vicinity
    Maintain and build strong client relations
    Oversee a team of construction professionals in their related disciplines
    Key Experience
    Bachelor's degree in a construction related field
    The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience/knowledge of construction at risk projects
    The ideal individual will have an extensive background, currently in the greater Chicago area dealing with key clients.
    Extensive previous Project Management experience in construction at risk projects with values circa $50M – $100M
