The successful candidate will be responsible for providing consultation services to clinicians to help them optimize their workflows with our innovative AI medical scribe software, Ambience AutoScribe.
This role involves training clinicians on how to best utilize our AI medical scribe software to optimize workflow, improve patient care, and enhance clinical documentation efficiency.
The chosen candidate must have an in-depth understanding of both healthcare and clinical documentation.
Effectively baseline existing workflows to deliver comprehensive training programs on how to optimize efficiency with AutoScribe while adapting to the individuals' knowledge levels and responses.
Assist in developing training materials including user guides, videos, and presentations to ensure effective workflow optimization, user onboarding, and continued engagement.
Ensure product updates are thoroughly understood and incorporated into the training curriculum.
Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of the training program and the clinicians' understanding of AutoScribe.
Gather and analyze feedback from clinicians regarding note quality and triage the feedback to the clinical team.

A degree in healthcare, nursing, or a related fieldProven experience in:
