Responsibilities

50% Salesforce topics

Salesforce power user / basic administration such as creating customer requests, translating fields, creating dashboards and reports
Operational support of the Salesforce Sales Cloud (maintenance)

50% Data topics

Creation of analyses for various departments ad hoc as well as as part of periodic business updates
Active participation in existing and future business projects and positive contribution to these through consistent use of data analyses
Derivation of recommendations for action within the scope of "gotomarket" strategies, marketing mix ROI & KPIs
Collaboration with the group in Europe as well as networking with other country subsidiaries in the EMEA region
