"The German Railway is one of the most diverse employers in Germany. Every year, we are looking for over 5,000 apprentices in 50 different professions who want to grow and improve with us.

We are currently seeking candidates for a 3-year apprenticeship as a train driver (railway employee in operational service, specializing in train driving and transportation) (m/f/d) for DB Regio AG at our location in Memmingen. The vocational school is located in Munich, and theoretical training (DB Training) takes place in Kempten.
What to expect during your apprenticeship:

At the beginning of your training, you will learn how to safely and punctually drive trains from point A to point B
Step by step, you will also have the opportunity to drive trains yourself, with the support of your trainers
You will become familiar with a variety of routes through nature, cities, and train stations, all while enjoying the best views
In the event of any deviations or changes in train operations, you will learn how to inform our passengers through the loudspeakers
You will also learn how to prepare and assemble our trains for their journeys
After completing your apprenticeship, you will be an essential part of our team, providing our passengers with environmentally conscious travel options
