Your training contents

As an industrial ceramist (m/f/d) for plant technology, you will produce ceramic products. This includes mass-produced articles of building ceramics and technical ceramics, as well as utility and decorative ceramics.

You will set up the machines and systems in the production process. This includes systems for processing ceramic masses and shaping, as well as drying and firing ovens.

During production, you will monitor the quality of the manufactured products, test them using various methods, and document the results. For this, you will learn about measurement, control, and regulation technology, as well as metal and electrical engineering.
