- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, HIPAA-compliant work and client experience across Analytics, Engineering, and BI engagements. Responsibilities include:
- Develop training programs on healthcare privacy regulations
- Establish best practices and standardized processes for data handling
- Oversee resource planning, utilization, and hiring to support growth
- Act as a client advocate, monitoring satisfaction and resolving issues
- Conduct regular stakeholder check-ins
- Lead project retrospectives to identify improvements
- Mitigate risks through consistent, compliant processes
- Support the VP, Marketing Sciences in evolving HIPAA-compliant service offerings
- Contribute to identifying opportunities to enhance capabilities securely
- Facilitate team education on healthcare industry and regulatory changes
- Collaborate with other practices to expand privacy-centric services
- Integrate Marketing Sciences with Wheelhouse's broader healthcare offerings
- Drive delivery quality for new and existing healthcare clients
- Retain and grow client relationships in the healthcare sector
- 8+ years experience in marketing analytics, data science, BI, and related disciplines
- Deep knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare privacy regulations
- Strong track record managing high-performing analytics teams in healthcare
- Experience in an agency or consulting role with healthcare clients
- Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts
- Proven ability to implement secure, compliant data solutions
- Focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement
