    Power Electronics Engineer

    We are looking for a Power Electronics Engineer hoping to expand their experience in embedded controls development and work on automotive hybrid platforms.

    The Power Electronics Engineer Role:
    We are looking for a Power Electronics Engineer to work on industry-leading projects.

    Responsibilities in this role may be to:
    Investigate embedded software problems, recommending appropriate action own problem resolution and validation, run design review and documents results.
    Develop system controller embedded controls.
    Integrate the system controller with other controllers/sub-systems.
    Oversee the quality and performance of software by overseeing implementation & testing.
    Deliver independent execution of established and emerging work processes and systems.
    Improve efficiency and effectiveness of the development process.
    Influence technical direction within the project team.
    Ensure your continuous professional development in vital areas.

    For the role of Power Electronics Engineer, we are looking for:
    Essential-Experience with embedded controls using MATLAB Simulink
    Effective and collaborative team player
    Good communicator – written and verbal.
    MS Office Suite
    Desirable-PCAN view, Canalyzer, etc.
    Windchill RV & S / PTC Integrity
    Product Failure Mode Avoidance
    Automotive engines
    Hybrid vehicles
    Transmission
    Plus, knowledge in the following areas: Power Electronics, Battery Pack/System, Traction, EV charging/AC/DC Fast Charging/ Vehicle-to-Grid type of feature
