Jordan Bortner

I am an electronic musician turned full-stack software engineer, with a decade of experience creating music independently, including all aspects of content creation to production. Background includes customer support in a tech startup and international teaching experience. Recently won first runner-up in a hackathon with a cross-functional team of UX designers and software engineers. Strong ability with both the functionality and creative aspects of the frontend, and the logic, debugging, and problem solving of the backend.

I am a graduate of General Assembly’s Software Engineering Immersive Remote program, and I’m excited to start my first professional role in the tech industry.
