Payroll Accountant [m/f/d]

Location: Kassel

We send 530 trucks and 530 trailers throughout Europe. This results in a lot of documents every day: workshop orders, defect lists, inspection and maintenance certificates, contact information, vehicle data. Everything needs to be organized, sorted, structured and arranged. Your colleagues from fleet planning and mechanics rely on finding all documents quickly and securely in the most current version. You are the organizing hand in the workshop office - whether it's paper or digital data. You gather information and pass it on. Strategically. Systemically. Dynamically.

Your role.

Building market-effective and/or further developing existing compensation models
Reliable administration of personnel data/documents and reliable processing of all payroll payments
Establishing and conducting operational personnel reporting
Digitizing work steps and processes for automated workflows
Creating legally correct documents
Providing assistance with payroll and/or legal questions
Interest in legal and compensation-related developments in the job market
