How you can contribute to our team:

Preparation and evaluation of training formats, such as creating questionnaires, data analysis and reporting, and professional support for events
Creation of presentations and benchmarks on topics such as lifelong learning, leadership, talent management, digital transformation, etc.
Conceptualization and creation of marketing materials to increase the visibility of our offerings maintenance of the website, CRM database, and further development of digital learning opportunities (e.g. Moodle)

What we expect from you:

First professional experience, e.g. through an internship
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience in research and preparation of information, as well as data preparation and analysis
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
