- Restore and repair structures, including residential and commercial properties, that have sustained damage from water, fire, or other causes.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate progress to project managers.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards throughout the restoration process.
- Document all work performed, including before-and-after photographs and detailed reports.
- Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Knowledge of interior construction
- Proven experience in structural restoration within the Property Restoration industry
