Job SummaryMente Group is seeking a creative, motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for helping to implement and execute a world-class integrated brand and marketing strategy for both Mente Group and partner company Four Corners Aviation.
Key areas of focus include creative branding, digital marketing/social media, events/conferences/meetings, promotions/SWAG, aircraft advertising, and sales support.This position will also support Mente Group Transactions in all areas of aircraft advertising, marketing and related duties throughout the transaction process.
This position will be located in our Frisco, TX office and will report to the CEO.Skills/Experience
Digital Marketing / Social Media
Develop, write and edit compelling marketing content for various platforms such as blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
Communicate and advertise via emerging technology, digital media, and social media to creatively reach new segments of customers while strengthening relationships with existing customers.
Utilize and support digital marketing tactics such as SEO, SEM, Display, Retargeting, Email, Social, and Mobile and modify based on performance.
Update back-end of the company website in Wordpress, including adding aircraft, team and news, and correspond with website company when assistance is needed.
Post regularly on social media- aircraft for sale, wanted aircraft, aircraft related campaigns and other company news.Creative Branding
Create marketing materials aligned with corporate brand standards using graphic design skills.
Draft, edit and send prospect and client email campaigns as well as quarterly client newsletter via Outlook email or Campaign Monitor.
Ensure all communications via client newsletter, website news blog and social media channels are all on brand standards and generate increased viewer engagement.
Design aircraft and corporate advertising collateral in InDesign or via agency according to brand standards.Events/Conferences/Meetings
Direct and coordinate all corporate aviation events including participation in NBAA Regional Forums, NBAA annual show, EBACE and all other aviation events.
Plan all details including event booth and agency, staff attendance, hotel, meeting calendars, registrations, marketing collateral, dinners, shipping, coordination, etc.
Research and present options to Senior Management.Determine promotion and swag strategy for event.
Attend and execute all event details and serve as the company contact at the event.
Swag/Promotions
Manage and update the swag inventory for Mente Group and Four Corners.
Order inventory items as needed for general client/employee needs, acquisition gifts and special event needs.
Maintain Uniform Inventory.
Aircraft Advertising
Create and update aircraft ads and brochures via InDesign software.
Schedule aircraft advertising each week and month for email advertising, website, print and social media and track in Salesforce.
Update and distribute the current listings sheet.
Schedule photography for aircraft photoshoots.
Sales Support & Tool Development
Create marketing sales collateral and presentations that enhance the customer selling proposition.
Create and distribute customer response surveys to measure project performance and customer satisfaction.
Support sales teams with local events and swag to build brand awareness and further customer relationships.
Utilize lead generation efforts to funnel quality leads to sales teams.
Support sales with advertising, leads, etc. via Salesforce reporting.
Desired Experience / Skills
Solid understanding of basic marketing principles, including concepts such as target audiences, brand messaging, and marketing mix, as well as a strong grasp of best practices in marketing strategy development.
Salesforce Campaigns Development and Tracking a plus
Proficient with industry related software / tools as implemented by Mente Group.
Proven interpersonal skills - Ability to communicate and work closely with team, both in-person and remotely.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Proven communication skills - Written and oral
Curious nature with desire to learn and share knowledge with team
Enjoy working in a team environment where attitude and work ethic matter
