Job SummaryAs a Distribution Manager (3rd Shift), you will provide guidance and supervision to ensure the accomplishment of distribution center goals, including those related to budget and cost structure.

This position is based in Waco, TX and does not offer relocationThis position is 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6:30amThis position is 100% on-site with no opportunity for hybrid or remote schedules
What You Will Do:
Making workflow decisions under the direction of management. Improving service levels and costs for distribution center operations.
Supervising and motivating distribution center employees through effective coaching and training, clear communication of job expectations, and positive reinforcement of exemplary performance; maintaining a positive distribution center working environment.
Implementing productivity, quality, and service standards. Resolving problems and identifying areas for improvements. Contributing performance data to strategic plans and reviews.Ensuring all equipment receives preventative maintenance and repairs, as necessary.
Adhering to requirements and procedures for safety regulations.
