- Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, including information gathering, kick-off and recurring meetings, and resource management.
- Platform Configuration: Configure the CRM platform according to the unique needs and preferences of each client, ensuring all settings, workflows, and automations are optimized for their specific requirements.
- Integrations and Data Migration: Coordinate the integration of client practice management, VOIP, marketing, and merchant processing systems into our platform, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the process.
- Training and Support: Coordinate comprehensive training sessions with clients and internal training staff on how to effectively use the RSI platform, including best practices around automation, workflow management, and reporting.
- Troubleshooting: Act as a primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, addressing any technical issues or concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of client configurations, customizations, and training materials for future reference.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and product engineering to continually improve the onboarding process and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in SaaS product implementation, preferably in the healthcare, CRM, or Marketing Automation industry.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service and support to clients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field a plus.

RSI is seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to help build and lead a dynamic team of onboarding specialists.
