Come join our team and work with a very dynamic Human Resources team We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer focused professional, who has a passion for people and the energy industry.
In this role, you will have a chance to collaborate with the HR Operations team and other areas within HR including benefits, compensation, payroll and HR systems.
Work Schedule:
(Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST) occasional overtime may be required. During emergency situations (such as storms), overtime will be required.

The Human Resource (HR) Service Specialist I provides guidance for moderate to complex human resources questions and executes moderate to complex human resources transactions.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Performs moderate to complex tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to benefits, payroll, time entry, leave of absence, onboarding/offboarding, rehires as required for leaders, employees, and HR team members
Provides solutions to employees, leaders, HR, legal and external partners for complex issues that impact internal policy and regulatory compliance and recommends process updates to maintain compliance
Recommends process updates to maintain compliance
Provides coaching and feedback to less experienced team members to ensure process and quality standards are consistently followed
Identifies and escalates process inefficiencies and failures
Completes audits, subpeonas and requests for information as requested
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
