CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST.

QUALIFICATIONS for CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST:

• Pleasant personality, positive attitude, reliable work ethic with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to become knowledgeable of the fabrics and furnishings that our showroom offers.
• Organized with great multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
• Ability to work effectively and professionally with our designer clients and be patient and supportive with honest communication that will ensure client satisfaction.
• Accurate and proficient typing skills (45 wpm) a plus.
• Computer literate, MAC experience plus.
