Our WIN Waste Innovations Facility is currently looking for an Operations Specialist who can provide advanced clerical and administrative support to the Plant Manager or designated leader at the specific field location.
Assist in coordinating all aspects of random and suspicious drug screening and scheduling all new hire or current employee fitness exams.
This individual should maintain confidentiality with all employee information including any medical records in accordance with HIPPA regulations. This senior level specialist is expected to perform at a higher level of responsibility. Should be able to perform job with minimal supervision after receiving direction and instruction from designated leader. Duties and tasks are varied and may be somewhat complex. Resolves most questions and problems independently; refers only more complex issues to higher levels of management.Education/Experience
