You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or preferably an apprenticeship in the field of gastronomy or the hotel industry You have good PC and Microsoft skills You have a friendly demeanor and enjoy customer contact You are characterized by a flexible and independent way of working A high level of customer and service orientation and good German language skills round off your profile

You are the first point of contact (m/f/d) for our customers at the service counter and on the phone You are responsible for a smooth process in customer service and reception Data maintenance as well as other administrative tasks are part of your responsibilities You proactively address our customers on various consulting topics and schedule appointments for the corresponding advisory groups
