What to expect

As a Gleed consultant, you will advise our national and international clients from various industries on financial reporting and other strategic issues related to the CFO function.

You will be involved in consulting projects covering all topics along the CFO agenda in accounting and controlling, such as operational business planning, budgeting, and performance management.

You will also help develop innovative solutions for a variety of accounting, reporting, and planning issues, including system and process optimization for financial statements.

As part of our team, you will have ample opportunities to shape your role and expand your expertise in the areas of controlling and reporting.

You will work closely with experts from the Mazars network in an international environment.
You are also eager to learn and explore other areas of consulting.
What you bring
A degree in business administration or a related field, with a focus on accounting or controlling
Some practical experience (internship or student job) in consulting or an industrial company, preferably with a focus on accounting and reporting, and basic knowledge of ERP systems and data processing
Passion for project work and a strong interest in controlling and/or planning
High level of initiative, team spirit, and analytical thinking
Enjoyment of service-oriented work, unconventional ideas, and a good sense of humor
Fluent in German and English, with willingness to travel
