Job Summary:


Responsibilities:

Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Operations, to address customer needs and inquiries.
Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and products to effectively assist customers.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries are resolved to their satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for improving customer service processes and procedures.
Assist in training new customer service representatives as needed.


Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Empathetic and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
