- Oversee the production control database for forecasting, inventory, and BOM.
- Formulate daily production schedules to meet customer demands, anticipating volatile customer schedules.
- Supervise inventory levels to achieve plant objectives for days on hand (DOH).
- Remain updated on product-related plans by liaising with various departments.
- Utilize ERP systems to regulate material flow across production processes.
- Contribute to capacity reporting, requirement monitoring, and SIOP efforts.
- Uphold plant objectives for Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Regularly communicate with manufacturing personnel, suppliers, and customers.
- Mentor supervisors in production control, planning, and inventory management, coordinating unique projects in production areas.
- Evaluate supplier performance and respond promptly to sudden customer changes.
- Adhere strictly to Quality Management System and Environmental Management System guidelines.
- Fulfill any additional duties as assigned.
- Possess a High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Exhibit accomplished analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of establishing and coordinating multiple priorities.
- Strong leadership skills are essential.
- Have a minimum of 4 years' experience in a leadership position within a manufacturing facility.
