Associate Marketing Manager
to support our
Marketing Department.
Summary:
The Associate Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in developing, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns and activities for assigned vendor accounts or product categories.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
Develop comprehensive marketing plans, campaigns, and programs utilizing D&H's array of marketing services.
Management of Market Development Funds (MDF): Efficiently manage earned MDF to maximize marketing impact and ROI.
Proposal Presentation:
Prepare and deliver compelling marketing proposals to secure funding from vendors.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Work closely with different departments to plan and manage projects, establish milestones, track progress, and ensure timely completion.
Vendor Relationship Management:
Cultivate strong relationships with vendor partners to identify business opportunities and address challenges effectively.
Performance Objectives:
Meet assigned revenue, profit, and investment targets while maintaining high satisfaction levels among vendor partners.
Measurement and Analysis:
Continuously monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing strategy development, stakeholder relationships, vendor satisfaction, and revenue growth.
Data-Driven Marketing:
Utilize data-driven insights to develop effective marketing plans and articulate results effectively.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field required.
4+ years Marketing experience required.
Analytical skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
