- Ensure a safe working of all equipment and systems
- Maintain equipment to ensure reliability oil, grease, adjust as needed (conveyor and related equipment; forklifts, etc.)
- Maintain cost in department (parts, cleaning supplies etc.)
- Set specifications for new equipment and forklifts
- Work with vendors on new equipment
- Basic building maintenance (i.e. repairs to interior/exterior building)
- Work with vendors on new equipment
- High School diploma or its equivalent
- 5+ years electric lift truck experience
- Knowledge of conveyor/material handling equipment
- Ability to read, speak, understand and follow English instructions
- Ability to read blue prints and schematics on electric equipment
- Experience in building trades (painting, sheet rocking, welding and HVAC)
- Class A Drivers License
- Mechanical aptitude
- Frequent Carry or Lift up to 20 pounds to perform various duties as assigned
- Frequent Push or Pull up to 20 pounds.
- Occasional carry or lift up to 100 lbs (Truck Tire).
- Frequent Standing or Walking for periods at a time
- Frequent Squatting or Bending to perform various office duties as assigned
- Occasional Climb Stairs

This position plans, organizes and directs the maintenance and repair of the building and its equipment.
Must be able to work night shift.
Hours:
7:00 PM - 5:30 PM (Until Finish) (10 hour guarantee).
No overtime potential.
