Responsibilities: Early Intervention Specialists evaluate the health status of employees in office and industrial settings, creating personalized improvement plans. They:

• Utilize scientific knowledge in industrial environments
• Assess body mechanics, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies through observing employees
• Carry out and document employee treatments efficiently, integrating feedback for improvement
• Demonstrate understanding of OSHA recordkeeping rules
• Address postural discomfort through education and job-specific coaching to prevent injuries
• Assist with medical testing and clinic operations
• Provide health education and training to employees on wellness and disease prevention
• Generate client-specific reports from outcome data

• Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training; Master's Degree preferred
• Alternative Qualifications: Associates degree as a PTA with licensure; or Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science/Athletic Training/Kinesiology/Allied Health; or 2 years of Military healthcare experience
• Relevant license or certification
• Basic Life Support and AED Certification
• BOC certified or eligible for BOC exam
