    Currently, we are in search of a skilled and enthusiastic Cook I (Part-Time) to become part of our dynamic team. Situated in downtown Salt Lake City, our hotel features 500 guest rooms, 21,000 square feet of event space, and the original USDA Prime steakhouse, Spencer's Steaks and Chops

    What will be my responsibilities?

    As a Cook I, you will be in charge of preparing cold food items to ensure excellent guest service and financial success for the hotel. Specifically, your duties will include:

    Prepare cold food items such as salads, fruits, dressings, fish items, and appetizers following specified recipes and quality standards
    • Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food sanitation standards consistently
    • Handle guest orders promptly, courteously, and efficiently
    • Possess thorough knowledge of the menu and food offerings
    • Stock and manage designated food stations
    • Visually inspect all food items from the kitchen
    • Follow proper food handling and storage procedures as per regulations
