- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their talent needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions, compensation data, and candidate profiles.
- Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates.
- Write relevant job descriptions to attract candidates aligned with the needs of the role.
- Proactively prepare candidate pipelines using recruitment strategies such as networking, referrals, online job boards, and social media to attract high-quality candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system and ensure accurate reporting and metrics.
- Conduct thorough reference checks.
- Collaborate with the internal team to facilitate a seamless onboarding process for hired candidates.
- Liaison with 3rd part recruitment resources.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies, continuously expanding your knowledge and skills to stay ahead in the recruiting landscape.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or another relevant field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Recruiter, preferably in an agency or corporate environment.
- Familiarity with personality assessments and behavioral interviewing techniques.
- Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates in various positions at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in salary negotiation and knowledge of market trends to ensure competitive offers.
- Familiarity with agency recruiting, including building client relationships, managing candidate pipelines, and achieving recruitment targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to naturally connect and relate to others.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities, with a passion for creating mutually beneficial connections.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools - UKG Pro experience is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Positions self to install equipment, including under desks.
- Moves throughout the building to access files.
- Must be able to comprehend and follow written and oral instructions.
- Must be able to complete tasks even with frequent interruptions.
- Must be able to use discretion and independent judgment as needed.

Position Summary:
The Recruiter role will be responsible for ensuring top talent is connected with open job opportunities through thorough requisition intake meetings with hiring managers, coordinating the interview process, and navigating offer negotiations.
