    Position Overview:

    We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Experience Associate at our soccer training facility. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience and that operations run smoothly.

    Your warm demeanor and exceptional customer service skills will be pivotal in creating positive and memorable experiences for our guests. From providing information to ensuring guests leave with a smile, you will play a key role in upholding our commitment to excellence.


    Role Scope & Responsibilities:

    Guest Experience Excellence:

    • Greet guests warmly and cater to their needs promptly.
    • Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about our services.
    • Create a positive and inclusive environment for all guests.
    • Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally.

    Operational Excellence:

    • Maintain facility cleanliness and presentation standards.
    • Help with guest scheduling, reservations, and events.
    • Respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
    • Assist in inventory management.
    • Collaborate with different departments for efficient service delivery.
    • Ensure daily facility checks are conducted.

    Problem Solving:

    • Address guest issues promptly and aim to exceed expectations.
    • Resolve issues in collaboration with the team.

    Communication:

    • Work with teammates to ensure a seamless guest experience.
    • Share relevant information with the leadership team.
    • Effectively communicate information about our programs to guests.

    Administrative Duties:

    • Handle guest registration and inquiries.
    • Assist in fee collection and payment processing.
    • Prepare reports on guest participation and feedback.

    Training and Development:

    • Attend training sessions to stay informed on product knowledge and procedures.

    TOCA Culture:

    • Uphold our service standards and contribute to a unified culture.
    • Engage actively with the team and leadership.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Prior customer service or hospitality experience.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Passion for creating welcoming environments.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in basic computer applications.
    • Flexibility to work varied shifts.
    • Physical capability to handle equipment.
