    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engage with and nurture leads from our premium lead system.
    • Schedule and conduct property viewings and inspections.
    • Advise and assist sellers and buyers in promoting and acquiring property for the optimal price under the most favorable conditions.
    • Manage and update catalog of available properties.
    • Build networks and collaborate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors.
    • Stay informed about real estate markets and best practices.

    Requirements:

    • Capacity to work independently with outstanding interpersonal abilities.
    • Robust sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Quick-witted with a capacity to manage high-pressure situations.
    • Active real estate agent's or broker's license.
