    Maintenance Supervisor – 2nd Shift

    To help us drive excellence, you'll get to:

  • Provide direct leadership and supervision for Maintenance Technicans.
  • Provide leadership and constructive feedback for all direct reports including mentoring, coaching, counseling, and corrective action, when situations dictate.
  • Promote a leadership style that encourages positive morals, ensures team concepts, and expands Maintenance Technicians knowledge while continuously maintaining production goals.
  • Provide technical knowledge of robotic welding assembly and servo press manufacturing.
  • Responsible for maintaining maximum levels of utilization and efficiency of capital equipment on the shift.
  • Provide key input into the development of the department's strategic business plan along with identifying and tracking key measurables to support the business plan goals.
  • This is a salaried role leads the Maintenance Team on 2nd Shift and reports to the Maintenance Mgr.

    SUCCESS FACTORS:

  • HS Diploma/GED required. Associate or higher degree preferred.
  • 3+ years as a Maintenance Supervisor in a robotic manufacturing environment.
  • Technical knowledge of robotic welding assembly and/or servo press manufacturing.
  • Demonstrate a leadership style that mentors/coaches the Maintenance Team and provides constructive feedback while continuously meeting production goals.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, team building, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Work Hours 9p-7:30aEDT (10hr Shift).
  • Proficient with MSOffice, ERP and timekeeping systems.
