The RN develops and maintainscollaborative, professional relationships with other members of the health care team. The RN prioritizes and coordinates the patient#s#care with other members of the health care team. Consistent demonstration of all necessary competencies for the position assumed#and unit assigned is required. Actively contributes to the evaluation of patient care and nursing practices through continuous quality#improvement efforts. Accepts responsibility for personal professional development and contributes to the growth of others on the#health care team. Fulfills responsibilities as an employee of St. Joseph Health Services of RI.
# Licensure:
#Current RI RN licensure, required.#BLS required. ACLS required.
