Job description

  • Operate as part of our Sales Team and work closely with Engineering, Technical Support and Manufacturing
  • Enter orders into data base and creates applicable shop packets for the manufacturing team
  • Ensures accuracy of orders prior to sending to the shop for manufacturing
  • Assists team members by scanning, filing, and maintaining Sales Order files
  • Enters changes and/or corrections to orders and updates Sales Order file.
  • Resolves customer inquiries/problems in the best interest of the customer and the Company.
  • Supply when requested: copies of proof of delivery, invoicing, and documentation packages.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Penmanship must be legible to communicate clearly by written correspondence.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as credits, debits, percentages, dimensions.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and writing skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret numerical data.
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Work independently and manage multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Perform work efficiently to meet project deadlines.
