Due to organic company growth, Stark Solutions is looking to add an experienced Production Planner/Scheduler to our dynamic team.

The ideal applicant will have production planning experience working in a manufacturing environment, work efficiently and possess a positive attitude & team spirit.

Experience with Global Shop or another ERP is preferred.

Work

Schedule:
Day shifts from Monday - Friday (7am-5pm / 45 hours a week).

Manufacturing environment:

Essential Job Functions

• Carry out planning and coordination of production schedules for machining and fabrication departments
• Oversee material handling to ensure team members have appropriate material lined up for work orders
• Manage schedules and workflow to ensure that deliverables are made in a timely manner
• Create efficient scheduling processes or methods to attain production goals
• Collaborate with Inventory Management to avoid shortage in inventory
• Problem Solver: able to handle issues in a way that doesn't hinder production and delivery
• Work closely with Department Leads to accomplish production goals
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years ERP experience in a similar position
• ERP Implementation or Global shop experiences a plus
• Must be able to pass background and substance screening
• Must be able to meet organizational performance factors such as safety, quality, attendance, and productivity standards
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and work for a minimum of 9hour shift
• Occasional lifting (up to 50lbs), stretching and bending is required
