Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and lead banking operations, including payments, Swift system, treasury back office, and wealth management operations (e.g. corporate actions)
  • Excellent expertise in credit and trade finance operations
  • Ability to effectively operate in a virtual team environment
  • Define, implement, and maintain operational processes within the operations teams to ensure a high level of customer experience
  • Act as a subject matter expert for top-notch digital business policies, processes, products, and solutions
  • Maintain cross-functional operational standards
  • Collaborate with technology and process engineering teams to design top-notch customer experiences while mitigating risks
