In addition, we have a fantastic online community and are building our online shop into a platform for all men's needs, both in the bathroom and beyond.

That's why we are now looking for a hero who is eager to drive our vision for better men's grooming.


Responsibilities:

  • You will handle customer inquiries and concerns using our ticketing tool
  • Managing social media messages will be in your hands
  • As a liaison between the office and warehouse, you will handle returns and refunds
  • You will be the communication link between us and our retailers
  • To increase customer satisfaction, you will analyze weaknesses and communicate them to the team
  • There are always projects to work on; you will quickly familiarize yourself with new areas and help us improve our processes

Qualifications:

  • You are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program
  • Working with a team and customers is enjoyable for you
  • You have a strong interest in marketing, customer service, and ideally have experience in corporate communication
  • Social media is second nature to you
  • You have a strong customer orientation and are motivated to solve problems
