    Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a talented and experienced Litigation Attorney to join the legal team. As a litigation attorney, you will provide support to the public schools that serve our children and communities. You will help K–12 schools and community colleges navigate the broad range of operational legal issues they encounter.For immediate consideration, apply today.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Represent clients in civil and criminal litigation proceedings.
    • Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategy.
    • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
    • Advocate on behalf of clients in court hearings and trials.
    • Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution processes.
    • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop effective litigation strategies.

    Qualifications:

    • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
    • Admitted to practice law in the state
    • Must be a member of the State Bar of California.
    • Strong oral advocacy and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
