    **Job Summary:**

    Personal Injury Law Firm seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all phases of litigation through trial.

    **Responsibilities:**

    Conduct legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw

    Draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs

    Attend court proceedings

    Conduct discovery

    Communicate with experts and opposing counsels

    **Requirements:**

    Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

    Admitted to practice law in the state of California

    Proven experience in litigation, including trial experience

    Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

    Ability to negotiate effectively and advocate on behalf of clients

    Preferred Skills:

    Proficiency in legal research using Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw

    Experience in drafting legal documents and conducting negotiations

    Ability to litigate cases effectively through trial and appeal stages
