    Responsibilities:

    • Negotiate Like a Pro: Take the lead in negotiating personal injury cases against insurance companies and defense counsel. Your adept negotiation skills will be crucial in securing favorable outcomes for our clients.
    • From Start to Finish: Litigate cases from the initiation of the complaint through resolution. Your comprehensive understanding of the legal process will ensure our clients receive the highest quality representation.
    • Master of Drafting: Draft pleadings and motions, including summary judgment motions. Your meticulous attention to detail will be reflected in the quality of your legal documents.
    • Discovery Dynamo: Propound and respond to discovery with finesse. Your expertise in navigating the discovery process will be instrumental in building strong cases.
    • Depositions Extraordinaire: Prepare for, take, or defend depositions. Your strong communication and analytical skills will shine in the deposition room.
    • Courtroom Command: Appear in court as needed, representing our clients with confidence and professionalism. Youcourtroopresence will be a testament to AlderLaw's commitment to excellence.
    • Legal Research Maestro: Conduct legal research to stay ahead of the curve. Your ability to navigate legal databases and analyze case law will be essential in providing top-notch legal advice.
    • Client Relations Guru: Manage relationships with clients, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout the legalprocess. Your excellent interpersonal skills will make you a trusted advisor to our clients.
    • Trial Preparation Virtuoso: Prepare for trial, showcasing your strategic thinking and legal acumen. Your dedication to thorough trial preparation will be key to our success in the courtroom.

    Requirements:

    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
    • Active bar membership in good standing
    • Proven experience in personal injury litigation
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
